Christy Momon

Christy Momon is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience spanning strategic management, supply chain operations, software sales, financial services, and corporate leadership. She currently serves at BASF / Surventis, one of the world’s leading chemical manufacturers, where she is Chair of the African American Employee Group (AAEG) in Southfield. In this leadership role, Christy champions professional development, employee engagement, inclusion, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen both the workplace and the communities BASF serves.

Christy is passionate about creating opportunities that empower others to achieve personal and professional success. Her leadership extends beyond the workplace through her longstanding commitment to community service and mentorship. As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, she has dedicated decades to serving others while supporting initiatives that strengthen families and communities.

A longtime supporter of Threads for Success through BASF’s volunteer partnership, Christy has helped mentor participants at the organization’s annual Graduation to Greatness event. She brings valuable insight as both a business leader and mother, along with a collaborative spirit and passion for developing the next generation of leaders.
